On Maryland's First Black Governor

Great article...especially the part from "Black Marylanders aren’t behind...needs what’s above and on them to get off them." I believe Governor Moore is working hard to right many wrongs. Budget constraints will only allow for so much. Taxes will probably rise soon and encourage many of those with generational wealth to flee with their 'spoils' to nearby tax friendlier states. Reparations will likely only come as equal schools and opportunities.
